I'm incredibly disappointed with the service at our local USPS branch. For the past few years, I've experienced lost packages, delays, and consistently poor customer service. What's most frustrating is how the staff repeatedly redirect blame onto customers rather than taking any accountability for their mistakes. Instead of helping resolve issues, they deflect concerns and leave people feeling ignored.

We are new to the area freshly moved and they refused to deliver our mail after they had been delivering mail for an entire month. All of a sudden that changes? Peggy said her mail carrier was scared because our name was unfamiliar and she didnât feel safe.
