Yesterday was a nightmare experience trying to shop at this location. This lady was going around the store yelling at her 2 children about not purchasing items through the store. After several minutes of listening to this & some of us were talking about how much bs this is for management to allow it to continue. Finally, I asked to talk to management about the situation & she said she would take care of it if it continued. Well, it continued. After shopping & getting the hell out of there. I went to the hardware store for things & came out & here, the nightmare lady that is yelling at her kids walks out 10 minutes after I walk out of the other store. This tells me that management didn't give a crap, & allowing this continue on in the store to listen to, instead of asking them to pay for what they have & to return another time when things are calmer. CHECK EXPIRATION DATES! I have found more expired food in this store than anywhere! I was getting coupon items there once and the entire row was expired!!! How many people probably bought it and didn't even look at it or pay attention?!?! And you shouldn't have to! That's what your employees are getting paid for! Obviously it happens and is going to continue happening..and once in awhile its understandable....but its all the time here and in multiple departments. The staff is generally pretty nice...although there are a couple up front that have been very rude. There is one lady that is extremely rude that works up front that nearly had me in tears one day when she herself was a customer and not working. So uncalled for! But there are ALOT of very nice people that work there that always put a smile on my face and are extremely helpful...

Went here in search of gluten free phyllo dough. Big mistake. The first two teenage boys I talk to were unprofessional and told me “if I couldn’t find it they didn’t have it” they proceeded to laugh and say they couldn’t help. In spite of the disrespect I first encountered I still needed to dough so I went to ask the two lady’s at the registers. Second mistake. The First Lady was rude and completely unwilling to help. She loudly yelled over to her co worker “ what does she want”. The Second Lady was respectful and expressed she was sorry they didn’t have it. Then I come to find that they do have it but not one of the employees was willing to help. I seemingly run into the same sort of problem everytime I’m there, the employees are rude and don’t ever want to actually help...
