IN REGARDS TO YOUR RESPSONSE AFTER 4 YEARS!!!!

4 years ago ‼️‼️‼️ WOW! Just called for a quote. And he tells me $100 for 40 gallons. And I then asked him how much for 75 gallons. But before I even finish asking. He asks me. Where are you getting your gas from before. I told him Bettis, but now it's Pico. And he's like well go with them." They're cheaper, I'm not going to give you the rate or any more information. WTH! I was looking into changing companies. But I'd rather pay more for professional and courteous people. Then rude and ugly..... Horrible..

I was not talking about price changes or a bigger tank like you are trying to explain in your other reviews. And nor am I a scammer. I would have been a paying customer. But he refused to give me prices after I told him who my previous propane provider was. And then simply hung up on me. That was RUDE! And IT'S a business.!!!! No matter what your age is. Professionalism and customer service should be top priority. Excuses. That's all ya'll ever have. I'm happy with my current propane company. 4 years Strong Now. So thank you... They are courteous and consistent.! Mid Valley Propane is the absolute best.! No excuses or hangups from them. Have a blessed day now. I'll still be here 4 years from now, waiting for...

Wow I hadn’t even looked at the reviews online. It seems like the person answering the phone is already super unprofessional. I wanted to get another quote since I had already another company give me a quote. The man said he wasn’t going to go work on anything that had already been started. I told him it was something very minor and yet still he hasn’t even seen what has been done and is already saying he is not going to do it. Super disappointed that they didn’t even go take a look to give me a quote.
