Emporium Food Market — Local services in Emporium

Last shopped was a long, long time ago when we visited for a week on vacation. Folks, most of the complaints I read concerns the pricing but I would that you make your comparisons against driving and shopping at Pittsburgh. Really! A grocery store in a small town that has to have it shipped in. Whereas some of your products here maybe local and better tasting. I live in the South (Pensacola) and I do have access to 4 large groceries but the prices are sky high. The produce market stores are over an hour away in heavy traffic. Enjoy your stores and quit...

The only grocery store in town and because of that charges horribly inflated prices on pretty much everything. I mean $4 for a 2 liter of pop, seriously? I only shop here if I have to, because it's more cost-effective to drive the 20 minutes to St Marys and buy what I need there. It's sad because I only live a minute or so away from this store, and it would be a lot more convenient, but with their prices, I can't afford to shop...

It's an ok store they are pretty pricey compared to other surrounding area grocery stores I think they could do better on their produce to there's alot of times you go there and fresh produce is put in with older produce or stuff that's starting to go bad and rot and no one wants to buy fruits and veggies when their gonna be bad a day or two after you spend so much money...
