I had really high hopes for this place after it came highly recommended. Unfortunately, from start to finish, our experience has been terrible. I probably should have known to stay away after took Over a month to reach anyone in the office. We called at least twice a day and left several voicemails before a ventrally receiving a call back to try to schedule a new patient appointment. Once we eventually scheduled, made an appointment with a doctor and a nutritionist. After waiting several weeks for the appointment, two days before our appointment, we were told that the doctor would be out of the office and could not see us. The office staff was highly unorganized When we arrived. Due to being taken back very late for our appointment, did nutritionist was unable to Answer our questions or complete his assessment. We were informed that we would receive written instructions of what the plan of care would be moving forward. One month later, after several quests, I have yet to receive this information. When I asked for my medical records, the office staff was quick to reply, but the nutritionist had not ever completed his notes from my visit. So he never actually created an assessment of my condition or treatment plan for me. So basically, I had an objective test and no explanation of the results or way to treat my condition. Complete waste of money, and I feel like...

This place is not very organized. If you have an undiagnosed illness they kind of give you the round around. They mean well, but they don't do much for you, and they aren't cheap. They give you many recommendations but not very useful. They don't follow up with you and to get a hold of doctors is very difficult. In general we're not satisfied...
