The customer service is decent, not great, I guess really depends on who you talk to…so when we bought our mower from them it was a good experience but after we purchased it, it started to go downhill from there. The leaf grabber we purchased was not being made anymore and Brandon could not refund our money back and really did not cut much of a deal on a different one which I felt upset about since we already paid that money. After that, my mower needed serviced for the first time and I have had paint chipping off the deck and took it in for service and to touch up the paint but they left the deck with a rough texture feel to it and it was not like that before. They even wanted to try and fight me on getting. The battery replaced and the mower itself was only 6 months old and definitely should have been covered by the warranty!! The mower itself is ok but it seems to be kind of falling apart little by little and not sure why. I was going to have them look up my last service date and they wanted to charge me $20 for that, really made me want to laugh. Overall, ever since we signed the dotted line, not the service and...

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Wild Dave’s LLC and the outstanding respect and dedication they show to their customers. About three months ago, I purchased a brand-new SxS. Unfortunately, not long after, it started having some issues. I brought it back to Wild Dave’s, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They diagnosed the problem, kept me informed every step of the way, and got everything taken care of.

A special shoutout to Bryan in the service department—he consistently answered my calls, provided updates, and delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a gesture of goodwill for the extended time they had my machine, they even installed a set of CF MOTO rock slider bars, which look amazing.

Purchased my first ATV from Wild Dave's and from the start Mike made it such an easy fun experience! He answered all my questions and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new CF 500. I even had the pleasure of meeting Brandon the owner who was kind enough to throw in a free helmet! A few days after riding it I had a few concerns, (that turned out to be absolutely normal) they didnt hesitate to send someone out to pick it up and take it to the tech at their shop who contacted the company and got the answers I needed. Not only did they come pick it up they dropped it back off that same day! I highly recommend checking them out for all your power sports needs! I will definitely be returning and recommending them...
