I rarely write bad reviews but the behavior exhibited by the woman working this store was reprehensible. The entrance to the store is very narrow and has multiple signs posted. As we were walking in someone was trying to walk out so we hurried in and to the side so that the nice gentleman who had waited for us could get through. We were barely through the door into the fairly crowded shop when the lady yelled across the shop at my grown sister to take her drink outside. We had apparently missed a sign saying not to bring drinks in so my sister immediately said sorry and began to go out with her drink. The woman immediately turns to the customers at her counter and makes a snarky remark about people not reading signs. First of all, if I acted like that at my place of employment towards ANYONE I would be fire so I can only assume this is an owner, in which case she should really know better. Owning the shop does not entitle you to gossip about potential customers. Secondly, your setup and overuse of signs prevented us from quickly and easily reading the sign on the floor while also keeping traffic flowing. If you feel like being treated poorly for entering a store that sells things you can find at any cheap touristy store this is the place for you! If you want to experience actual customer service please go to any other shop in Ennis as everyone else we encountered...

I stopped in this town before Yellowstone and it was beautiful and most of the people were great. I had lunch, ice cream, and bought gifts for my family...I went into this store towards I end with my son and got about ten feet into the store before an older lady came running out of the back yelling "you need to control that! Get her under control now!"... well my hands were full of bags and my SON is very well behaved and respectful of his surroundings and will only touch something if given permission first but this lady was acting like my son was some sort of wild dog off a leash. So I told my son come on let's go back out side we will not be buying anything from here. To the sad old lady working there I hope you don't have kids that had to grow up with your pleasantries and your business must be doing extremely well to yell at adult customers with children.... most of your stuff could be found at any spencers type store (less then ten dollar items) I spent ten times that in one of your cities other shops that were very pleasant and treated my child like a...

I went in and was very pleased by the prices. I was actually debating whether to buy 1 or both of the Baltic Amber necklaces that were available. As my partner and I were discussing the amber, the elder man in the facility became very defensive. We told him multiple times that yes, we believed it was real amber. He continued to berate and threatened us with with "raising the price " as soon as we walked out. We actually asked him 3 or 4 times to calm down, to relax, that we believed it was real amber. Finally I got fed up with his rudeness, put the pieces back, and told my partner that it wasn't worth being treated that rudely. We left with out buying anything when I was considering around $200...
