Needed commercial flooring, so we went with a local store. The first rep we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Then we ended up with Kevin. Kevin and his sub contractors are incompetent. We met the subcontractor at our office and provided him a key so he could enter and complete laying the carpet. The carpet is 16 inch squares that we wanted installed symmetrically so all the lines flowed the same way. Two days later, we went to see the work, and it wasn't laid the way we asked. He complained that it was glued down and we would have to purchase the replacement carpet. Also, the sub still had our key. I asked Kevin where our key was that Friday, and his response was "you know these subs". After a few calls, he said the sub would have the key back within a half hour. I told him that I was running errands, so call me when he got the key. Four hours later, no call. I called the next Monday and left a message for him at 9 and at 1130 with no return call. Now Tuesday, I finally got a hold of Kevin on the phone. He said he had a bunch of keys, but didn't know which was ours. I asked why he didn't call on Friday or Monday, and he got mad at me. "How am I supposed to know if I have your key?" "You didn't label it." If Kevin worked for me, he'd be fired. I've tried to call the boss, but I got left on hold for 45 minutes. So, if I were to sum up my experience in only a few words; abject lazy...
Read moreWe used Enterprise Wholesale approx. 2 years ago to build our house. Multiple delays, losing order forms, etc. However, the overall work was good.
Decided to use them again for a kitchen backsplash. The process has been terrible. We visited the store and showed the salesperson the exact pattern we wanted. Salesperson said we can do that pattern and helped us pick a tile out. They sent someone out to measure.
We did not hear anything back, I had to call 2 or 3 times trying to understand what was causing the delay. Finally, after approximately a few weeks, installation was scheduled. However, hours later it was cancelled because our tile was never ordered.
Once again, I had to call back and was notified the tile had arrived. Installation was scheduled. Installer arrives at house and notifies us that this tile will not work with the pattern we want.
I completely understand that a backsplash is a small job. However, the lack of communication internally and externally has been disappointing.
We will look elsewhere for this project and all...
Read moreMy husband and I were here a couple weeks ago to look at flooring for our home. When we walked in, the two men behind the counter never even looked up. Didn't ask how we were or if we needed help. Nothing. We walked into the back and the two men working back there were great! They pulled down any and every roll we asked them to with no complaint. They helped us find the perfect flooring we needed. We then walked back to the front to set up an appointment for someone to come out and measure. Neither of the two men looked up from their papers. I said to my husband, let's just leave. My husband had to get their attention. The man quickly wrote down our phone number, leaving out 1 digit we found out later, and we left. A nice man came out and took measurements and we haven't heard anything from them. No estimates, no nothing. So here we sit with no new floor and we will have to find it elsewhere. Hopefully somewhere that we can make eye contact with the employees and be spoken to. The two stars are for the men in the back room, I would have given...
