SouthTowne Theatre — Local services in Ephraim

This is an excellent little theatre. Obviously a small operation, but though they be small, they be mighty. Went to see "Solo" (great movie, btw) here with a couple friends and the ticket lady was very kind even though we were being pretty stupid. Southtowne Cinema also had very clean areas in both the lobby and the theatre. All the employees were of outstanding service and should be very proud of the nice atmosphere they have helped contribute to.

My only real reccomendation would be to put dim lights in the theatre after a showing starts so people going to the restroom or arriving late (oops) will still be able to sort-of see. I would definitely recommend a trip to the Southtowne Cinema anytime you are in Ephraim. See you...

The seats were not comfortable the back support was too short and the base too long. My entire lower back was unsupported while I sat for 2 and a half hours. The viewing angles weren't good. The picture looked washed out from the front rows. They did however look much better when I was walking out of the theater. Make sure to sit in the back where you can sit straight and look at the screen. Your back will thank you and the movie will look better. The ticket was only $5.50 you get what...

I have never been treated so horrible as I was today! The manger was plain mean to me about bringing my water bottle with me. I would have happily paid for water and treats had he kindly said we dont allow those here. Instead he yelled at me and made a huge thing of it in front of others. The staff rolled there eyes at me.
