Snow Dragon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Ephraim

I am very disappointed. This restaurant used to be good. Until this last experience I had with my family. The waitress didn't speak english very well, I had to write down one of the items i wanted. They gave us our soup and not 5 min later all our food came out. The ham fried rice was very weird, not like the usual norm.we all got either sweet and sour chicken or generals chicken but it was not crispy it was soggy. It literally tasted like it was reheated. And from how fast it all came, I am quite sure it was. Our bill was $90 for a family and when i got to the checkout, I had my credit card in the machine and a lady (a owner or manager) came and pushed my hand away from the pin pad and took my credit card out, because they failed to add the extra rice I ordered to go. I really felt management has gotten very lazy, the upkeep of the facility is not very clean. I am not sure what is going on but sadly that will be the LAST time they get my money... We really need some new restaurants in this...

If I could review this 0 STARS I would. We walked in the restaurant, we told the waitress we needed a table for 5. She took us to a table that wasn’t going to accommodate our family member who has a walker. We asked her kindly to change our table to something more comfortable for our disabled guest. She told us, in an extremely rude tone, “fine. No table for 5.” There were 6 empty booths. And proceeded to help the people behind us. As they gave a very strange look to the waitress. This guy came out and told us he will clean us a booth. As he was cleaning it, I pulled out a chair for my family member to sit on. Again, the one with the walker. The guy physically grabbed the chair from me and told me “this isn’t your table. You eat here.” We decided to leave. We weren’t going to even drink the water they gave us. Super rude, not family friendly, don’t accommodate to those who need it, and unexpectable. I highly recommend you don’t waste your time coming here. I can’t believe this restaurant is still...

We came here and asked for a table, they informed us that we couldn't dine in, only take out. We grabbed a menu, and I chose one of my favorite Chinese dishes. The rest of my party ordered, and they told us it would be about a 10-15 minute wait. We waited for about 30 or more minutes. The place wasn't busy, the hostess when someone asked how much longer she said, like before about 10-15 minutes. Since we had been waiting for a while, I asked to use the bathroom, and it was very dirty. We got our food and it was not great. The dish I like was not like it is at other places at all, I didn't think you could mess up a dish that bad. Everyone in the group said it was flavorless or that all you could taste was the peppers and the spice. The only good thing we got were the spring rolls. Those were very good. Everything else was 100 percent not worth it at all. I really wish that I never came here and wasted...
