The GOOD: This team fulfilled the basic requirements of a moving company. They did get all my items from New Hampshire to Vermont without breaking anything that I know of. I will say the individual workers were pleasant and put in their best effort.

The BAD: they kept changing the schedule and they dramatically underestimated our job. They also were late to the initial pick up and therefore missed some items and had to come back later and get them. It took a week and three trucks to make the delivery.

The UGLY: Communications were horrible and misleading. They never knew what they were doing. Everyone who called would tell me different times. Instead of delivering all our items at one time it took them three trucks to get it here over the course of a week. It was very frustrating and I was constantly chasing them to get the right information. They also kept changing the price as they realized they underbid. It kept going up. Key point: I followed their packing directions and in some cases they were just plain wrong; then they charged me for the extra work. It felt like a definite bait and switch. Choose...

The crew carefully disassembled and reassembled some tricky furniture pieces and stayed true to their quote. Special thanks to Brandon and everyone I met that day — including an amazing packer who drove over a hundred miles just to help. I also won’t forget the team member who insisted on testing our TV to make sure it worked — even though I’m pretty sure it was his birthday and he’d already been working more than 15 hours!
