The staff is amazing. The man that works with the meat/fish is a superior butcher. He remembers me and my preferences ( Amazing cuts of steak and great hamburger meat! Excellent customer service! The gentleman at the deli counter is very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. The young lady at the register is always smiling, and is attentive to how she bags your purchases (ex. No raw meat with fresh produce). Unfortunately, quite a few of the healthcare/hygiene, cleaning, and bug killer products by the Games of Chance/Slots were expired? Some of the items are well priced so it's worth looking through. There are many unique items in the center of the store that you simply must see for yourself. There are many flavors of Coffee Beans and there is even a machine to grind them right there. I'm not a smoker, but I believe near the registers there are smoking products, and it looked like some cell phone accessories like chargers. The place is huge so I have not even...

I use to Love coming into town and getting my smith Hotdogs & buffalo wing hot cheese from Erie county farms. they are clean and were most kind. Today i went there to get my usual and the older lady at the cheese counter said "This LADY IS MY LAST CUSTOMER" i hadn't even made it to the counter fully. she repeated herself followed by we close at 5pm and i have to clean my machines. I said cool and then walked away. i thought it was close to 5 but when i looked at my clock it was 4:30 pm. i turn to ask her what time they open in the morning...she said this is my last customer! I said i just want to ask what time are you open tomorrow. she said we open at 10 Monday morning...I said tomorrow is Tuesday ma'am. she just didn't want to help me at all!!! guess what? I found that same cheese at Gordan butcher and meat market I WILL NOT SHOP AT ERIE COUNTY FARM AGAIN. I guess 4:30 is the new 5. what ever happened to customer service? all i wanted was my...

I haven't been there in over 13 years, so I gave it a whirl on 7-28-19...Now I know why. Never Again will I shop at Erie Country Farms! When I arrived (around 2pm) there were a group of employees outside, I thought that was odd, but I went in anyway... I purchased a few thing along with a bag of hamburger: for $14.+ dollars. I brought it home and put it in my refrigerator until I could repackage it a little while later. 4 hour's later, I pulled it out of the refrigerator and over 1/2 of the meat was brown. It shouldn't be brown until I cook it. I threw it out, I wasn't going to travel 20 miles (one way) to take, what I believe as, bad /spoiled hamburger back. Now I've heard, that every day the meat that is leftover from the night before gets remixed with fresh blood and repackaged, I didn't believe it until now.
