Me and my husband made an appointment over the summer to get our balls re-drilled. When we went in the man and woman at the front desk was very snooty and apparently no one was even there for said appointment and they needed to call someone to come over. They also never told us the pro shop was in the back so we had no idea until they took us behind the lanes and into the pro shop. The man at the front desk just hovered in the pro shop while the guy was drilling. My ball was simple and then my husband had 2 needing adjusted. One needed grips and they didn't have them on hand and they needed ordered so we tried out mine and his one and it was fine and they measured it for him so they could make it identical. Well if you notice it's November I'm writing this review because we never got calls about it and don't get me wrong we definitely were not constantly following up either but when he did actually call the shop wasn't open or the guy wasn't there and they gave us the run around. We went there last night for a work outing so he tried talking to the guy and he was immediately a douche about it and he had a CHILD go back to look for it so my husband wanted to go back with him so he can show him his ball and they tried to tell him he couldn't. Even though that's literally the way they took us the day we got my ball drilled. Then the kid came back and claimed to not have the ball so the guy pretty much said well that sucks maybe come talk to the owner on Sunday and overall not a friendly person whatsoever. So hoping we can get answers on sunday and get his ball back. Then our lane kept malfunctioning which totally happens I understand. But he had 2 kids going back there to fix things which I feel are extremely unsafe. The guy never left the front desk eventually 2 other men had to go back there to help the children when it's not the kids jobs in the first place. I placed an order to pick up a pizza tonight after work, fresh dough pizza dine right....yes please!!! I arrived and there were about 6/7 cars in the parking lot, it was around 930pm and I was surprised there were not more cars there as it was a pretty chilly evening so I assumed indoor activities would be a bit busier. I walked in and was greeted promptly, my pizza wasn't quite ready yet so I sat to have a drink while I waited. Let me tell you, I watched the whole dynamic of that bowling alley change withing ten short minutes. The mellow lighting and familiar sounds of pins falling between songs of years past was quickly replaced with party lights and thumping beats! The bar room picked up on a steady stream of people coming in and out to order drinks and food. The staff did an amazing job attending to each guest as quickly as possible. My pizza was ready, but I wasn't. Definitely caught up in this team performance, I NEEDED to stay and see what happened . I saw an amazing display of teamwork and customer service! Tomorrow night is an 80s themed glow bowling night and I am surely attending! I arrived home with a perfectly put together pizza and, even at room temp (my fault) it was amazing!!! My kids got harrassed by the one female staff there. A short blonde thing! She had the nerve to swear multiple times at my 3 and 12 year old for being kids. She even attempted to go and grab my 3 year old with force from the lane. I understand rules are rules but who and what rite does staff have to swear at a party and swear and get confrontational with my family. I feel very disrespected to the point I almost wanna seek legal actions . Me & my family will never go there again. Worst birthday party ever thanks to them! we will never do any kinda business here again. I feel very embarrassed and disrespected. And not the whole time they sit there and watch your party like hawks!
