OUTLET Store — Local services in Estherville

The Outlet Store is amazing and the owners are so helpful and friendly! I make greeting cards and have an Etsy Shop so I constantly need a lot of product! I’ve been shopping here for several years now and most always can find everything I need...and a lot of things I didn’t KNOW I needed! ☺️ There is so much good shopping to be done in here from rubber stamps, tons of card stock, accessories to card making, Holiday plates, napkins and we’ll too many things to mention! Would NOT recommend. My sister and I with our daughters went to this store on 11/18/23, the owners wife was very rude saying that our daughters were being loud ( they were not loud they were talking and singing). I call to speak to the owners not knowing that the lady was the owners wife and the owner himself says that’s my wife and she only said something because several customers were complaining, there was only one other person there…he then proceeded to be rude and said it’s our store if you don’t like it don’t shop here. Definitely won’t be going there again. Not how a small business should be treating their customers....

The Outlet is a great store with all kinds of products. They have a huge scrapbooking and crafting inventory, paper products for any occasion, greeting cards and wrapping paper, office supplies, seasonal items, puzzles, and decorative baking items just to name a few lines offered.
