I visited this restaurant on 7/6 at 140pm and waited for the guest in front of me to served. Then at 148 the young female behind the counter cleaning said the kitchen is closed, I said it is 148pm, this restaurant is open until 2pm which means any guest entering by 2pm, should be served. The cook did nothing to correct this issue, and the young blonde female cashier did not know how to handle this situation, of which was no fault of hers as all of this fault is with the young female cleaning and assuming a management position. This is extremely unprofessional and bad for business, especially when everyone reads this. I could see this was a no win situation, so I decided to depart and as I was leaving, the young female said " see you next time ", of which this added to being insulted as I turned and replied " Doubtful ", as I walked out of the premises and took my business to Mother Nature, where I was treated professionally, respectfully, got great food and a cold soda and I tipped 30%. I have been associated with the restaurant industry for many years and am one semester from acquiring a two year degree in Culinary Arts as a first level Chef, and most likely if this escapade occurred at any restaurant I know, this young female would be suspended pending termination...
