Mini Mall Storage - Pataskala / Etna — Local services in Etna Township

I have had my storage unit for almost 4 years now. And I've never had a problem until many mall storage bought out this place, and now I have found that either mice or rats are getting into my stuff, I would not recommend this as a storage unit place, they have also raised my storage rates 3 times or 2 times since they took over. Didn’t give me the correct code when rented. Code on email didn’t work. Had to wait 30 mins for call back as we sat with loaded trucks waiting to get in. Gave me a new code then without notice changed my code back to original a few weeks later. Costs a fortune and no one is ever there.
