Worst experience ever. Placed an online order today about 15 minutes before went in. We pulled up and saw the two workers leaning on the counter on their phones. As we walked in there was very vulgar music playing incredibly loud. They shut the music off and we told them we placed an online order.

The guy proceeded to tell me that we were over an hour late and tried to hand me an order that wasn't even ours.

They then realized that hadn't even noticed our order on the computer and then started to make it. The woman (Taylor) had her hair down and kept brushing it out of her way in the middle of making my food and even stopped making it to answer her phone that was still hooked up to the speakers and she yelled at the person for calling her while she was at work.

I will never be returning to this location and would encourage others to...

In this branch there is a worker who treats foreigners very badly. She is a purple haired girl with piercings on her face…. She has done it to me and to other friends as well. When she sees that you don't speak English fluently or that it's hard for you to speak it, you make bad gestures with your face when serving you, even once when I went and spoke to her, she went to the back of the premises and told her partner to help me herself. ... I've been going to that place for about 6 months and she's always there at noon on weekdays...
