Highly recommended for an unforgettable night out!!
I had never been to a drive-in movie before, and it surpassed all my expectations! From start to finish, the evening felt like a scene from a movie itself.
Upon arrival, the staff's warm smiles made us feel right at home. Their impeccable organization made the entire process effortless and enjoyable.
Now, let's talk about the refreshments! The refreshments area was set up in a self-serve style, making it really easy to grab what you wanted and then check out. The concession stand offered an array of delectable treats at incredibly affordable prices. From the mouthwatering popcorn that filled the air with its aroma to the delightful surprises like pizza, corn dogs, hot dogs, funnel cakes, fried Oreos, and more, they truly knew how to make the movie night special.
Watching "Barbie" from the comfort of our vehicle was simply awesome. We cozied up with blankets and adjusted the temperature to our liking, immersing ourselves in Barbie's colorful world on the large screen.
A highlight for families was the on-site playground, which added an extra touch of fun for the little ones. It was perfect for some pre-movie playtime or during intermission, creating cherished memories for all.
In conclusion, I left the theater with a heart filled with joy and unforgettable memories. Five stars without a doubt - I'm already looking forward to my next magical...
Β Β Β Read moreWent to enjoy time with family. Part way through the movie a fuse blew they had to stop the movie to relace it. It took about 20 minutes. They get the movie going again. There is a sign that states when you play on the playground they are not responsible for any injuries that occur. When you see that you think skinned knee, broken arm, etc. Pepper spray doesn't enter your thoughts. My step son (12) and another boy who was playing got pepper sprayed by an even younger girl. Whom should not have had it. She was to far to immature to have it. After this we went to the concessions stand. People were allowed to leave even before the police arrived. They did not bother to stop the movie and make an announcement nothing. When the police arrived they were not very much help either. Although by the time they made it there. They had plenty of time to leave. More than likely they were meth heads, the parents didn't come forward whatsoever so I'm convinced they knew she had it and didn't care. So in conclusion I don't recommend midway drive in for a family outing however if you are looking for a good spot to assault or possibly murder someone its a perfect spot. This was not our first time there however we will not be back . So it will...
Β Β Β Read moreMy reason for going this last time was not for the movies (which I've done a few times and thoroughly enjoyed (separate review) but for the Saturday swap meet. The drive-in provides a nice venue for selling the stuff you don't need/want or for finding things you need/want for a good price. I went with a friend to try to sell some things. They charge $10/space (the space between two of the old speaker poles) so my friend and I shared one space which worked well. While we didn't sell a lot of items this go-round, we made enough to cover for the space plus a little more and very much enjoyed talking to all of the people there. The person that runs the meet (Mr. Lingerfelt) is nice and easy to get along with. He provides coffee to the vendors and plays retro music over a portable PA for everyone to enjoy. If you're looking to sell some things, it's worth a shot to take your...
