Theadore is the man! My wife and I got a new iPhone 12 and a Galaxy s21 Ultra. Both had some issues getting our old data to transfer to our new phones. We have experienced this before and normally got the “oh well you’ll have to figure that out” from the low life sales guys. This experience however was the complete opposite. Theadore stayed past closing to help us and made sure we were comfortable with our new phones. He doesn’t fit the typical sales guy stereotype at all!! He seemed very sincere in wanting us to be satisfied before we left. If I could give 6 stars I would. If your tired of the normal BS you get from sales guys come see Theadore. Went in the store to upgrade my phone thought it would be quick and streamlined but I was wrong. I sat in the store for 4 hours with no air conditioning and finally got my phone settled and went out to leave realized I didn’t have service went back in and the girl working their activated the SIM card in my old phone with my new one and had no service when she realized what happened she told me there was nothing she could do and told me I would have to call customer service. Only problem is I couldn’t make calls because of course I had no service so I ended up trading in my working old phone for a new one that didn’t work. Me and my wife went to this Verizon location to upgrade her phone. I expected to spend all afternoon at this location and have numerous attempts to have products sold to me. However, my experience working with Mark was everything except the that. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and never once pushy about what device we should upgrade to or what we should purchase. He quickly found what was required for a device upgrade and personally attended to everything we needed in order to complete this process. We had great conversation while we were waiting on our devices to transfer data which made the whole process enjoyable even. If you ever have any Verizon needs do not hesitate to come to this store!
