Friday my doctor sent a prescription to CVS in Eureka IL, & they let me know via text that they had received it & would notify me when it was fillled. It DID NOT let me know that they didn’t have it in stock & wouldn’t be filled until the following Monday. It was a scheduled drug, so they couldn’t transfer it to a different pharmacy, but had to be sent by my doctor to a different pharmacy. My doctor’s office was closed until Monday. This pharmacy’s customer service is poor. I left it several years ago for something similar & thought maybe things have changed. It hasn’t.
