Beautiful scenery in the Sequoia National Forest from the trees to the mountains, rocks and rivers. When we started on our drive at the bottom of the mountain, it was sunny and beautiful outside, but we could see a lot of clouds at the top of the mountain. Once we got up to the top, it was snowing very hard, which made it hard to see and drive, and it was obviously very cold. The drive was long and windy, but well worth the spectacular views you will come across on the way. Certain viewpoints allow you to view the rivers below. We visited in March and were hoping to drive straight through the Forest into Yosemite, but the road was closed at the top and we were forced to turn around and exit the park fully and detour several hours to continue on...
