Walked into the store today for some headlights on my car and I asked the girl red shirt at the counter if she could install them and she said she didn’t know how and I understand if she’s new and she asked the manager who was a guy in the back and he just popped his head out and said oh, we don’t do those didn’t even bother to try didn’t even bother to look at the car and I was very disappointed, knowing the fact that being a former employee and a manager, I was very disappointed. I asked to get them installed because I was on my lunch break and I didn’t wanna get my clothes dirty but I installed them myself and came back 10 minutes later with the electrical waste and the guy popped out his head again just gave me a look. I won’t even say who the two employees are, but the older employees probably already know who I’m talking about.
You guys need to teach them what’s up.
I walked in and felt like I was interrupting their conversation or something by daring to come shop in the store.
They didn’t even say “hi”, or (heaven forbid) “may I help you” as they leaned over the front counter. I was the only customer!
I’m used to a whole different experience and I hope this isn’t the new experience I can look forward to.
I’ll be going somewhere else for a while, but I’ll check back at some point, just not now. Thanks.

Going against my better judgment I listened to their employee who went on length of wipers and that's it . I suggested the book that has the correct wipers listed by number he said length is all you need . Needless to said they did not fit.
