We purchased a charger at the end of 2020 for our garage, so we could charge out Tesla model y. The charger would not charge our vehicle, so we returned it. The first attempt to return it, the company refused the package. We were finally able to return it to the facility in March/April of this year. Today is 7/17/21, and we just got a refund, after countless hours of calling and emailing to get one. AND we were charged a 20% restocking fee. Yes, the fee is in their policy as "at their discretion," but what awful customer service to take over 8 months (from start to finish of this fiasco) to issue a refund, and then still charge us a fee. My family would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware!!

ETA: I see the owner of the company responded that we shipped the charger to Amazon, which was not the case. My husband was told over the phone by someone who works there that they have two locations, and we had shipped the charger to the 2nd location. The charger was returned to us and we had to ship it again to the same secondary location, because it was the only address that was accessible. I bought an 16 amp EVSE adapter for my Tesla Y. After two weeks of use, it stopped working. I sent them numerous email, never got any response. They just emailed me once, and asked me to use the adapter on different outlets, and let them know if it works, which I did. The adapter was faulty and wasn't working on any outlets. The original Tesla adapter which comes with the car works perfectly. I have asked them either for a refund or new adapter, but so far nothing.
