What an amazing experience working with Kelley at the Frank Webb showroom in Exeter! She helped me pick out the perfect free standing soaker tub for my new home. Kelley was so knowledgeable about all of the options, which really helped in narrowing down which one would be best. Her customer service was incredible and far exceeded any other person I spoke to regarding this purchase (I shopped around!). She was also incredibly patient with me as I visited the showroom more than once and spoke to her multiple times via email and phone to ask questions. She even went as far as emailing me more information on the differences between types of acrylic so I could be educated on my purchase. She then flawlessly arranged the delivery! Based on the advertising of quality I expected a better outcome. I visited the Exeter location on several occasions before making a final decision. This was a positive experience; however once placing the order our problems started. We purchased an Elkay sink with a grill as well as a Moen foucet and soap dispenser. Upon getting the sink we found the wrong sink was sent resulting in a last minute scramble to get the correct sink so that the counter could be measured. When the sink was delivered with our new counter we found that the grill was not included as it should have been so we had to follow up to get the grill. In addition we found a flaw with the soap dispenser and had to get a replacement. Needless to say we ended up having to go to F W Webb multiple times to resolve the issues, not at all...

We were renovating our bathroom a few years ago and walked in to get some ideas and product information. There were a few salespeople on the floor who did not approach is. Finally someone came up and asked us if we needed help, we explained our project and she went to grab someone else because she was new and still training. Another associate came over, we told her we were re-doing our bathroom and she told us they don't really deal with bathrooms, only kitchens, and sorry we can't help. Despite the fact there were bathroom displays all over the store. I don't know if we gave off some kind of vibe that we wouldn't be purchasing but it was really upsetting to be treated like that.
