I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous to go. I emailed Eyota Chiropractic to ask a couple questions and Dr. mark emailed back answering them and he offered appointment times so I didn’t even have to call up to schedule something. During the first couple appointments he was amazing at explaining everything to me which eased my mind.

I was sold after the first adjustment! I noticed I wasn’t having pain not only in my neck where I hold my tension but also in places didn’t realize I even had until it was gone. After my first appointment and learning things about adjustments from Dr. mark I decided I would start taking my kids. They were nervous of course but Mark did great with them too. One of my kids really did not like getting his neck adjusted while sitting up and Mark was able to do it in a different manner which wasn’t as scary for him.

My next task was trying to talk my husband into going. He has always had some lower back pain but was way too nervous to get an adjustment and he didn’t think it would work. Finally after a lot of convincing he said he would give it a try. He does not have that pain anymore and routinely goes because he doesn’t want the pain to come back.

Dr. Mark is very personable, professional and all around a nice guy. He remembers life things we talked about during previous adjustments and asks how those things are doing, he answers any questions we have, the office is always clean, he has been understanding when I forgot about an appointment, he’s been able to fit me in last minute when I needed an adjustment before a vacation, billing is easy and explained well, and there is overall great communication from him. I’ve even emailed on days the office is closed and was surprised to get a reply.

We have been going several months now. I wanted to wait to write a review so I had more experiences go from. I have never had a bad experience at Eyota...

6 years of pain gone!

I gotta give this guy a shout out. I started experiencing lower back pain that was bothering my hip on the left side about 6 years ago. Eventually I was feeling pain and tightness from my neck, down my whole back, through my hips on my left side. I would just deal with it and sometimes it would go away. Then, the last couple years it started getting really bad. To the point getting out of bed and just bending over to grab something bothered me. Started feeling like I was 70 years old lol. It got so bad, I went to the doctor twice in the last year asking them to check me out. I told them the pain was making my left leg weak and feeling unstable. Their answers, tight muscles, sciatica nerve, and my all time favorite, “well you are in your 30’s now being 36. The bad part is I started believing that and saying it myself, “oh I’m just beat up and old.”

I was so irritated nothing was being looked at or treated, because I knew more was going on. I did some chiropractic work for 2 months, nothing. Massage’s definitely alleviated the tightness for awhile, but it would come right back. I started feeling sharp pains and just getting out of bed was a chore and it was affecting so much of my function.

Then, I heard about Dr. Mark at Eyota Chiropractic. First day I went I was already happier. Took x-rays, full assessment of me, found out all kinds of things going on with me from my neck to my hips. With in 2 weeks that lower back and hip pain is gone. My left leg is starting to feel better, and I couldn’t feel happier. I feel the best I’ve felt in honestly 6 years. He also checks you out each session and does his adjustments according to how things are looking!

Rolling back some of that trauma and miles lol.
