New mexican restaurant in Eyota. When we walked in, we were greeted warm and welcoming! The Mexican music was blaring and besides the bright yellow walls did not feel the Mexican vibe. My husband had a ribeye with 3 jumbo nice sized, seasoned shrimp. His ribeye was the best we had in a very long time. Perfect medium rare and could cut with a butter knife. Delicious! I had barbacoa enchalidas-ok beans, rice-pasty, rubbery corn tortillas and meat tender and tasty. Service-she was not very friendly and did not speak English that great. I had a regular, lime margarita and it was not even filled to the rim and watered down @ $8. Hubby had Modelo in a can-was not impressed @ $4 a can.
