I was not surprised to find that there may be up to a two week wait for my motorcycle to get a spring service (also 600 mile service) as I was told when I dropped the bike off on Wednesday May 13th. What I was surprised to find out is the incompetence shown to me by the service department at Northern over these next two weeks. After waiting a week I called again on Friday May 22nd expecting to hear that my bike would be ready for pickup the next week. I was then made aware of the damage that was done to my bike by the shop because the bike fell over off the kickstand. I should have been made known the damage to the bike and it's frustrating they didn't call me first. If I hadn't called I'm not sure they would have told me about it. They had already ordered the parts and were hoping that they would arrive the following week. I tried to get ahold of them the following week on Tuesday the 26th even leaving a voicemail asking for an update on my bike. Figuring they were busy I gave them some time. Nobody called me so I called back on Thursday to see where my bike was at with repairs, they said it should be done that day and it was. Upon arriving to pickup the bike I paid full price for the service, I'm fine with this not expecting a discount for trouble but it would have been nice. The cherry on the top was how dirty my bike was when I got it back. I felt like the service center definitely missed the mark taking care of me and my bike. TL:DR Bike was dropped during service, was not contacted, bike was dirtier than I gave it to them when I got it back.

was there on 6/30/2023 for a rear tire change. We shipped tires from Michigan to there. They allowed us to work in the back parking area to remove the wheels. They changed the tires and we put the wheels back on. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful.

Purchased a used SxS in June from NPS, it was a 2021 model and had some miles on it from a previous ATV Tour company. Really long story short we were sold a unit with a Head gasket leak, when we first tested the machine it threw an error code and it was overheating. I was told the issue would be fixed an ready for pickup the following weekend.

It was ready for pickup but the machine would constantly loose coolant after every drive. We contacted NPS about the issue and they were closing for the Fourth of july weekend and said to come by with the machine. I had already lost trust in them due to this issue and I did not want my machine to sit there for several weeks while being fixed, if it was even going to be fixed correctly since they let it drive away with a head gasket leak.

I highly suggest you do a deeper dive into the used machines you sell. Could you imagine someone having a blown head gasket on a trail and leave them stranded deep in the alaska woods? not cool NPS. I dont feel its entirely your fault so 3 stars you get, maybe in the future you can gain...

Great service experience!! I rode my new KTM up to Fairbanks from California summer '22. I started having a few minor issues before leaving Washington state. Several dealers in that area literally blew me off, I hadn't bought the bike from them. Fast forward a few weeks and I arrived in Fairbanks. Ernie and his crew grabbed my bike first thing when I tried in the a.m. I didn't have an appointment as I was passing through. They went out of their way to work on the bike trouble shooting several major computer and sensor issues, stripping parts down and dealing with KTM tech. I was able to observe and felt great about the care and time. They weren't able to solve all issues in half a day but did send me on my way feeling confident that I would make the return ride to the lower 48. I wish I had a great dealer like this in my neck of the...
