I am beyond impressed with this business. All staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional , and kind. The way Melissa was able to explain the tattoo removal process was extremely reassuring in that she REALLY understands tattoos and is passionate about her work. Because of that knowledge and obvious dedication to perfecting her skill the process was FAST and WAY less painful than anticipated. They also have vitamin D shots that last for a month as well as immunity booster shots and all are very affordable. Stephanie is always the best! Unfortunately, I ended up being charged for my appointment, when I had been having the money billed every month. I do this to avoid the sticker shock. Then I had to go back and take snaps of my statements to "prove" I had truly paid. This was AFTER being charged twice in the month of November. Very frustrating at this...
