My whole experience with Smitty, the owner/ repair man, was absolutely Wonderful! The response timing, the amount of time it took to fix, and the professionalism was out of this world! My laptop came out as though it was brand new! I had my whole laptop keyboard replaced, which is a little more difficult to do since my laptop is much more complex then others, yet he still finished within the next hour. The price was Great and I will definitely be coming back! This will be the only place I go from now on, he's great at what he does and knows how to deal with any problems....

This place is so great! I cannot recommend it enough. Smitty (the owner) is a kind extremely talented professional. I was at my wits end with my computer, I thought all was lost, but Smitty worked on it, not giving up and trying everything, until he identified the problem and fixed it. What he charged was unbelievably reasonable. And even just chatting with him while he worked on my computer was such a pleasure. The only thing I did not try was the free coffee, but it looked good! I had been looking for a computer repair shop for a while. I was driving and saw the computer shop. I went there and spoke to him about my computer. He was very generous and polite and very knowledgeable about his work. He fixed my computer in less than an hour and did a fabulous job. I had been without my computer for months and that was my favorite computer to use, he upgraded it for me and it’s fast and convenient to use.
