It takes forever for them to load you and then when they do get you loaded they will damage the inside of your trailer and not tell you about it. And when you finally do see the damage they will deny ever causing it. These are pictures of the damage they caused.

I was late 2.5hrs for appointment because of dispatch.When i went there to check-in with shipping lady,she didn’t get up from her seat atleast for 10mins,finally i called her then paperwork received with answer”no”.I requested them to receive me early but they don’t care.I was sent out by supervisor guy telling me they have minimal guys works inside and i was told at entrance they have only 15mins window if anyone comes late which is totally rediculous.This place is total nightmare super lazy & slow staff...

Ladies at the guard shack and shipping office were both really nice.  Between fighting Atlanta traffic and a train full of containers blocking what seems to be the only entrance to the industrial park, i showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes or so late for a 2pm live load appointment, got checked in and got a door right away, loaded and rolling in 2 hours, so I can say I'm happy they didn't play the waiting game with me as punishment for being late.

The entry/exit is a cluster though...

On May 21,2022 call about a pre- loaded trailer and was told that the trailer was in the door and was ready to be LOAD THAT evening of May 21,2022...comes the next day (May 22,2022)the morning AT 10:30am YES the trailer still in the door with NO FRIEGHT ON IT AND THEN WAS TOLD PRELOADED TRAILER IS NOT A PRIORITY AN NOW WAITING 3-4 HOUR ON A PRE -LOADED TRAILER LOADED...they gotta Hell'em of Empty trailer....WHY NOT GIVE THE EMPTY BACK.. SINCE LIVE LOAD IS...
