US Foods Delivery Trucks — Local services in Fairburn

Review's are legit when it come's to getting your BOL and the lumper fee's. So I got here at 6:51AM for a 7AM 7/16/25 appointment I got the door right away. It took them almost 3 hour's to get done offloading. Now the waiting game starts.... I went to the office a total of 6 times and the younger black lady on the window 1 she was wearing I believe a maroon shirt, kept telling me that your BOL is not done yet I will give you a call when it's done. And everytime I get to her window she seems to be really busy typing checking some BOL's. I try my best to be understanding and calm, but it's not easy we as truck driver's our time is precious and I dont think this facility and companies like this one understands that!.. so time passed and I had to cancel my next load. Finally at 4:15PM I got a phone call saying.. Hello this is USFoods are you still in the building?? And I was like.. are you serious with that question?? Ofcourse I am!! I have been here since 6:51AM and up to now I am still waiting for a signed BOL.. finally got my BOL... The lady I was talking too the whole time was already done with her shift, and the one who was left there was a black guy the one who I spoke to the phone. And another lady she was tatted up has a braided hair her and the other guy did there job's right and they kept apologizing for there co workers actions. Apparantley the lady I was speaking too was supposed to talk to the guy who I spoke to the phone he is the one I think incharge inside the warehouse. But this lady never bothered calling and asking about my BOL instead she waited for the BOL to get to her table. So my bills have been done, i dont know for how long?? but that is so incompetent for this company hiring people dont do there job's properly. And it cause money for us driver to be staying for a whole reset hour's!! Ridiculous!! Do your self a huge favor if you see this address on your ratecon 7950 spence road Fairburn, Ga USFOODS? Coming up Maxham rd in Austell,Ga. today for breakfast at the nearby Waffle House,and this US Foods truck passed in the left hand lane,200’ later cut everyone off and got in the far Right lane to go straight ahead,just to have to turn left 1 block behind Zaxbys speeding through the parking lot to the Waffle House on Thorton Road in Lithia Springs(#1640). Drivers need to remember there in a semi truck (80) tons or so and Not a sports car!!! Very unprofessional and needs to be retrained!! Or license...

30 years Driving. Delivered to numerous USFs. Never seen a shitshow like this. 850 miles overnight. 6 pallets. 9 a.m. Apt. Arrived 2 hrs early and wasn't put in a dock until 11 a.m. 15 mins to unload Paid lumper immediately, recieved txt bills were in Office.
