Electrolux — Local services in Fairburn

We received an email saying our shipment was going to be delayed… been without appliances for over a week now. Then they make it right and explain it’ll come the next day.. no big deal. Then we get 1/4 of the items we paid over $2100 for… can’t get ahold of anyone and everyone claims it’s not their fault and points the figure around and gives you the run around. The warehouse is 50 mins away and can’t get ahold of anyone. I am thinking about stopping payment on my 2 grand and walking with the microwave. But at the end of the day I just want my appliances I paid for and waited...

Their logistics here are like most described... TRASH! I didn't realize the pickup was here.🤷🏾‍♂️ A cancer to transportation industry!!! Arrived 12:40 for 13:00appt . Put a dry trailer in door.. checked back at 15:00, but it was still not loaded. 1600, it stormed, and b/c they don't have door seals.. water ran in trl and collected at bulk head. Now it's my problem to remedy a problem I didn't create nor contribute to. I creatively dried the water up.. (Always prepared). It's 19:31 and still loading... Absolutely...

Smooth check in for a unload nice guard pulled around to the other side of the building. Clear directions was here a little early before appointment.
