Asked for a refund within the allotted time (due to feeling uncomfortable, clique-y, and unsupported during classes) and it's been difficult since. Communicating with the owner ONLY via IG messaging. (Cant leave a message - voicemail is full. Never responded to email.) Had to go in person (45 min drive one way) just to process the refund... which never happened. Even though I have a picture of the "refund" receipt (on the computer screen) it was never emailed to me and never actually processed. When I asked the owner about it I got back "it should show up soon". It's been a month and no refund. Confirms why I asked for the refund and left the studio.
In response to the owner: I took a Floorwprk class on 6/1 with E* and this was the point when I decided the classes were not helpful if you were not part of the instructor's clique. It was NOT a month prior to buying a membership. As stated in the IG messages I bought the membership (on 6/2, after a great open pole experience) because I had hoped to experience different instructors for the Level 2 and Floorwork classes but when I booked my classes for June, at least 80% of the classes were with the instructor (E*) who had previously ignored me and only taught/talked to her friends. I weighed my options and decided that a $240 membership for only open pole wasn't worth it for me or my mental health and asked for my refund within the 3 day period. It was not a month in between classes with that particular instructor and purchasing the membership. I ask that you reread the IG conversation where I clearly named the instructors who were helpful as well as described my negative experiences. I am more upset about the 90 minute round trip to cancel the membership as it wasn't actually refunded to me. I'm fine with you all needing proof/ID. Not as jazzed about wasting gas on something that wasn't done. As for proof that you did process the refund to my bank account, you may want to submit that information to your bank as mine is currently investigating the transaction. Thank you for your...
Read moreI’ve been going to Dimension since thing began opening back up from Covid. My first time there I was met with open arms. My first instructor was Ambrosia and she was amazing! She introduced herself and even lent me a paid of knee pads for liquid motion. I also met with Heather who explained everything that goes on at dimension and how it all works as far as signing up for classes payment and things happening at the studio. My second instructor was Bethany and she was super nice and helped coach my through silks and was patient when teaching. There’s more instructors that I’ve encountered Kelsey and Maggie especially but all the instructors have a unique teaching style and want us to succeed in our apparatus! They are very patient and understanding while teaching and I appreciate that. I adore dimension and the empowerment it gives me. I can’t think of any other studio that felt like home when I walked in than this one. I will forever recommend this studio. Amazing things happen...
Read moreI love Dimension Fitness! I started taking classes a year ago with absolutely no aerial experience or upper body strength. My first class was definitely a challenge, but the encouraging and welcoming atmosphere made me want to try again — and I’m so glad I did, because I’ve been hooked ever since. The instructors and entire community have been incredibly supportive, always offering modifications and encouragement. Over time, I’ve gotten much stronger and more confident — not just in my physical ability, but in trusting the process and enjoying the challenge. Looking back at videos from a year ago, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come, and I’m excited to see what the next year brings. Thank you...
