BEWARE, they sub out to BA Nissan, did not fix my car!!

hit a curb pretty good in the winter. they previously did an entire sideswipe job on my car without issue. This time they took over 8 weeks, and all they gave me back my car with the bent wheels STILL ON IT. new ones in the box were never installed. they aligned it with bent wheels, and MISSED a bent wheel hub, that i later had to replace MYSELF. they they said they couldnt tell me how much it would be untill Allstate sent them the suppliment payment, SO they cooked the numbers and made their anount of parts and labor = allstates payment. there was $400 in labor that was for the same parts un 2 spots that they couldnt even explain. Then they blamed allstate. They also said they only relace the parts I tell them to replace. THAT IS YOUR JOB, NOT MINE. THATS WHY I WENT THROUGH INSURANCE. Next time I'll just take the $1800, pocket it and get 2 wheels, a rear subframe, a hub and bearing and some tierods and do it myself. Their management team was at a loss for words, nissan said it was the bodyshop, bodyshop said it was nissan. the nissan service mgr stonewalled me, and was RUDE. never experienced this kind of unprofessionalness. I got $150 off because they admitted issues and im lucky i got that. they didnt even address the Lights on the dash. i have to have my ABS and steering wheel sensor reset by ford. I waited a few months to post this and Im still having issues since im now fixing it in my spare time.

2014 Ford Fiesta ST, hope the owner sees this. BA body shop and nissan guys will never forget how MAD i was at this total lack of effort to repair my car!!!!!!! Im a veteran with Anxiety and i told them that. the way this was handled was VERY bad for me. i get it that the customer can be wrong and i am a handful, but COME ON, your job was to fix my car. thats why i took it to a body shop. if u couldnt do it, i could have went somewhere else...

After leaving three other body shops not feeling confident, I landed at Blaise for repairs on my X3 M40i (not purchased from a Blaise dealership and insurance not in network with this shop). Upon my first visit, I was shown completed work on their lot and impressed out of the gate. From there, Michelle educated me on the process and “held my hand” every step of the way. Her expertise on the claims process and the logistics of parts and repair process was second to none.
