Zero stars. I only come here because it's local. I tried 3 vacuums tonight. Only 1 was working right. Sometimes, I get zero water pressure when I do the self-car wash, or the brush has no soap (no, it's not kinked, I know that trick to using it). Stopped one morning, the manual side, both of them were overflowing with coins, so you couldn't put any in or use them. So I went to the automated. The automated side scratched my hood and passenger side. Fairly deep, almost to the metal. They weren't there before I went thru. There is no number inside the laundry mat to contact for them to make any of it right. Buying a hose and setup to wash my car at my house spring, summer, and fall, so I only deal with this place...

I always have to hand dry after the auto wash because the dryers don't do a good job, and if you don't finish drying it by hand you will undoubtedly get water spotting from the hard water it uses. Even after the highest wash option my vehicle still has plenty of dirt and bug grime all over (I understand that automatic washes will never be as good as a hand wash, but it's bad for even an auto wash). The carwash in meadville near sherwinn williams is $2.00 to start and .25 for 30 seconds. The 2 times ive made the mistake of using the carwash its empty of soap. The floors of the laundry mat are so dirty and have been that way for months now. The washers will take your money start spinning and not release water or soap. They also adjusted the time per .25 in the dryers as well....
