Clossman Catering — Local services in Fairfield

Originally this was a great and valuable service to me but over the last couple of months that has drastically changed. I'm disabled and very ill. Quite often I am bedridden. My bedroom is at the back of the house and it takes me 4-5 minutes to get to the front door. Due to policy changes they no longer leave my food on the porch if I can't get down the hall in time. My daughter has tried to help meet the delivery person but has missed them as well. They gave me a specific delivery time which would have helped because I could have waited on my porch but the driver doesn't show up at this time. Sometimes well before, sometimes hours later. I have not received any food from them a total of 6 times now. It's very frustrating and causes me so much stress. I'm just trying to eat here. They are not very friendly when you call...

Received my 14 meals today. Well pkgd, still frozen, and eating my first meal. Box came backed with 14 meals plus 2 loaves of bread several single juices small pads of butter, peanut butter, cookies and the meal I'm eating is 380 calories. Taste good and several different meals to choose from. The obligations reason I did not give a five star is because I didn't choose the meals. They just came randomly chosen for me. But the two on the phone did ask me if I had any specific diet requirements I believe was the way she put it and I said no. Dunno about the service but as someone who used to work there, employees are treated awful, management is uncoordinated and lazy, and there used to be a rat problem (since fixed but shows the kind of place this is) If you have morals I would suggest trying to find a different place to do business with rather than supporting these...
