The customer service here is Outstanding!!! Mr. Mike and his wife Cherry are the most sweetest souls ever!! The product is everything I was looking for they go over and beyond to make the customer happy! I highly recommend this business I have been a customer since they first opened and I have always received the best service that I have ever experienced at of all the nail salons I have ever visited!!! went in to get a gel full set & pedi for my grandpa funeral this evening. i was greeted by the smell of pickles? i was then handed a sheet of wide rule notebook paper that stated i couldn’t receive acrylic services unless booked by appointment on thursdays or something like that i could really read it due to spelling errors. i just drove 30 mins to come to this specific salon i was excited to try. now i have to drive further out the way to another salon. extremely disappointed. not to mention it wasn’t posted anywhere that acrylic services were only available on specific days & on the website it states walk in...
