Like most places now- understaffed and everyone is stressed out. I hate coming in here. The boys that work there have always been nice. I feel bad cause there’s big notes on the wall telling staff how to sweep the floor and so on. I feel as though it is a bit degrading. Maybe management needs help? Also, remember to be grateful for the staff that you do have showing up to work.Customer service is important. I’m very polite, kind, and patient. They need to get it together. I will often drive past and go out of my way to avoid the aggravation. Stopped at 930 am 7/22/22. Was chaotic. The person who finally waited on me was rude and short enough that I checked her badge so I could report her. She was the manager! There were 5 other people in line. They were frustrated enough they were arguing with each other. Do yourself the favor of going to another store where they can keep up their deli, greet the customer and not walk away in the middle of your transaction unexplained. The prices here were more than FAIR. The boom boom sauce that you can get spread across your sandwich is an EXPLOSION of flavor in every bite. They have a SWEET selection of candy bars including multiple products from Reese. and the hot fries are FIRE. The folks behind the counter are some of the nicest in the COUNTRY.
