Unless you are a local artist with ability to keep an eye on things, I would not trust these folks to sell my art. My experience with KADA, when my wife, Suzi Druley passed away Kathy asked if I could send more of Suz's art. I sent approximately 20 pieces, 50 pieces of Kingman Arizona Turquoise pendants. Also in the box was some beaded jewelry Suz made and a pen and ink of a weathered old Indian man's face. This was packaged in a tube. Over the years when we sent Suz's art, Suz always had a hard time naming her pieces. Kathy would do this then send Suz a detailed inventory. Kathy also said she'd pay me for the turquoise upon arrival, never happened. I only learned of Joe's passing from an Ebay customer who wanted more of Suz's work. I did call Kathy, so sorry to hear of Joe's passing, then she told me the gallery was for sale. Had I known this I wouldnt have sent additional artwork. Still here in New Mexico it isnt worth the drive to me, plus what do you do once you get there? Now my health is failing, Im on borrowed time and I did call the gallery to see if they would send this work back to me. I talked with a woman named ANN and she told me Kathy had taken Suz's artwork with her when she left the gallery. I called Kathy again and she told me the work was still at the gallery and she would call me back. She never calls. So, it looks like Im getting the run around. About a month ago I did write the gallery to request all of Suz's work be returned to me. They just ignore me. I was never sure of the proper spelling carma / karma. So I figure whats the worst Kada can do? Not return Suz's art? Bad business will come back and bite you, it ALWAYS works that way. I do hope that you folks never ever sell another piece of her work. I still must write another Facebook review and a complaint with the BBB....
Read moreVery warm, welcoming place featuring many local artists' work along with custom framing. I had gone in on a completely unrelated topic which was not art. The very pleasant woman working informed me about my inquiry and what had happened. Afterwards, she gifted me with two pieces on the subject matter. Free! These items were from 2000. I'm not sure how long she had them but... gives them to me for nothing. I am grateful for that individual, I hope she sees this. At least stop in and...
