I had my fuel pump go out on my duramax while on the road working and purchased one from reman because the cost was in my budget versus dealer prices. They sent me a pump, I payed to have it installed. The pump leaked immediately, reman sent me another one, I payed to have the second one installed too. They would not warranty any labor on a bad part. Duramax fuel pumps are not a cheap fix. I am a owner/operator that really cant afford to pay to have the same part installed twice at no fault of my own and the time that my truck wasn't on the road making money. I am still recovering from this and my family and business took a hit because of this. The customer service guy seemed to have his hands tied, he seemed to really want to help cover some of my loss, but management over rode him and only allowed him to refund $300.
