This fulfillment center has been engaging in the practice of deliberately fulfilling orders with the wrong items so they don't trigger an order delay or cancellation which would negatively impact the.fulfillment team performance metrics. More insidiously, they are doing it with "non-returnable" items (items Amazon policies won't allow returns on) so as to prevent or seriously obfuscate this (customers have to take several extra steps to get past the customer service bots to even report the problem) as a widespread issue. Read moreI’m not entirely sure that this particular fulfillment center is to blame for all my disappointment, but it sure seems like all of Amazon is a lazy bum. I have ordered simple books, electronics, household items, and they always take from six extra days to as far as three and a half months late to get to my house. How hard can it be to deliver items that were supposed to be delivered in two days or one month, usually guaranteed to arrive? Amazon must treat all of its employees with disrespect, and in my experience they also treat the consumers bad as well. I hate Amazon. Read moreFast unloading but I was on-time for my appointment. No bathroom seen. The "man at the gate" was working remotely and not even on premises and had no idea what instructions to give, where to send me, who to give paperwork to or anything.
Turns out you have to disconnect from trailer, park in tractor parking (if they aren't busy they might let you just pull a couple feet in front of the trailer, take paperwork to door 176, leave in drop box then wait. When you get a green light. Go get paperwork and roll on.
