1 star because I went there and I spent $20 on gas and now there is $100 hold on my money. When I called, the person on the phone explained what had happened and was polite and professional about it. Unfortunately, for me, that hold on my money is ridiculously inconvenient and very aggravating. I had no idea they did this. I've been buying gas for over 15 years at many different gas stations, and never had this happen to me. Why you do that? You suck for that. First review I've made in my life, congratulations! Maybe my review will stop someone else from getting their money frozen. However, the Dunkin inside was all good and got my order correct and made in good time, thanks. The place is falling apart a couple months after opening, and the place is rarely clean as the bathrooms typically are dirty without toilet paper. Faucets barely work unless you are washing your hand against the faucet as the sensor barely picks up your hands. They call it a "travel center" but only some can park here but can't stay for long even if you are waiting 2 days for Amazon. The manager Craig is rude and ignorant. Tried to redeem points for food, didn't work with the lady trying to cash me out, so she called Craig. At that point he was already frustrated, started cussing about the technology then blamed me for attempting to steal food because he couldn't figure out how to redeem my point and makes a big deal out of it to other customers. Never again, I'll stick to cumbies and parking on the side of the road than deal with...

This place is full of eager, delightful employees! I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph, who made me sandwiches while being polite and engaging in friendly conversation. Everyone else also greeted me respectfully. The store is very clean, well lit, and fully stocked. There’s a slushie machine, fountain drink machine with lots of options/flavors, a selection of popular adult drinks as well as bottled beverages, snacks, ect.
