The Pinnacle of Luxury Linen, Bedding and Towels
I recently had the delight of experiencing a brand that has truly redefined what luxury in linens, bedding and towels should be. From the moment I stepped into the factory store and touched the products, it was clear that I was in for something exceptional. Their craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are unparalleled, making them the clear leader in the luxury home textile industry.
The linens are made from the finest materials, offering an incredibly soft, crisp, clean and smooth feel that’s beyond compare. I’ve never felt sheets so breathable, yet comforting—it’s like sleeping on a cloud of refreshingly light yet durable fabric. The beautiful patterns of the fabric reflects its quality, adding an elegant touch to the bedroom while maintaining an effortlessly chic aesthetic.
The towels are nothing short of extraordinary. The plushness is simply next level. They’re absorbent, yet not heavy, and dry you off with an unparalleled sense of indulgence. The texture is sumptuously soft, but resilient enough to hold up after multiple washes, maintaining that just-out-of-the-spa, or the waking-up-from-a-luxurious-resort feeling every time you step out of the shower or out of bed.
The color range and patterns are both sophisticated and timeless, perfect for complementing any décor. From classic whites to deeper tones, each piece feels tailored to suit the most refined tastes.
Every product I’ve purchased from Matouk has proven to be an investment in comfort, quality, and luxury that makes a statement. Whether you’re upgrading your own linens or gifting someone special, these products elevate any home into an oasis. For anyone seeking the ultimate in luxury, look no further than Matouk. Truly the gold standard in linens and towels.
My favorite so far is this MASSIVE pillow I purchased during their annual linen sale last fall. I wish I got another one! I keep checking the factory store to see if or when they might have it on the floor again!
The store is clean, organized, well staffed and has a wide variety of items. I can’t recommend enough. I always bring my mom or aunts with me when we go. Today I brought my mom and aunt, they now see why I love...
Read moreNot sure how you give this store a negative review. In my opinion, everything is well done here and there should be lines out the door. Most everything is made in the USA. There were items made in other countries (ie Portugal), but the tags on every item clearly identify where the item was manufactured. Prices are below retail. There are many sales items.
The store is in the same building as the factory. It is modern, clean, well lit, and parking is convenient. People were helpful, and frequently offered to provide assistance. If something was not in the store, they worked with you on finding it in their catalog, and would go into the factory to to find the item.
How may factories in the USA are producing sheets, linens, blankets, etc? Very few. And how many have factory stores. Even fewer. I don't think there are any in the Northeast. While some items are expensive (and beautiful), many prices are competitive with other well known retailers.
We should we supporting American manufacturers. The Matouk Factory Store is a great store, and the company is a wonderful story. Bring your friends and...
Read moreUnbelievable! I bought a very expensive coverlet, and the quality is disgraceful. I reached out to the company within 2 weeks of the purchase. I was told to ship it back after I had sent photos to back up my dissatisfaction. They will not refund or replace. I was told because there were dog hairs on it. Well of course there would be when your fur baby sleeps on your bed. But the issue wasn't dog hairs. THE ISSUE WAS HORRIBLE PILLING.I was told do not wash, so of course I did what they told me to do. The item was returned to them and no one reached out. I had to chase them down. The women Bonnie I dealt with was very misleading to say the least. They do not back their product, and I have found much better quality at a much more...
