Eastern Ice Co — Local services in Fall River

Not a happy customer...ordered an ice luge for March 29. Employee and website states they close at 1pm. We got to the store at 12:15 and they were closed. A very nice driver from there made a call to someone who works there and that employee was rude and refused to come back to the store so we could get our ice luge. The ice luge was for a double bday party. This is unacceptable and poor business practice. I've been ordering for decades. Not even a phone call to tell us to come in earlier. Unprofessional. Nevermind their advocating unsafe driving after a driver accelerates and runs you out a lane you're already merged in to, but their attempt to protect the driver after calling to inform them of his reckless maneuver cemented ill never use them.
