I went here after my screen was cracked and glitching and I was told I could replace the screen for $212.00. I figured okay, well I really needed it be fixed, so I paid for it and I picked it up later. However, within less than 24 hours the screen had cracked in two spots so I went back to tell them it needs to be fixed and the guy was very dismissive and extremely unhelpful ignoring me when I kept asking how this would be resolved.

He then said I could pay another $212.00 and they could replace it again. I explained it had been less 24 hours and it was already cracked because of a cheap shoddy screen but he then said he could take $10 off so $202.00 to replace it.

Are you kidding me?!!

I told him I wanted to speak to the manager about my concern and he said he wasn't available and to leave my number and he would get back to me sometime next week. I explained I had literally seen and heard him talking to the manager twice only minutes before while talking to a customer buying an expensive phone but now he was not available to speak to me. Even the other customer could see how inappropriate this was. Seriously, do you not think people can see how ignorant you are acting?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service, very disrespectful to the customer and clearly shoddy work with a cheap screen replacement that doesn't last 24 hours before becoming cracked. I should have trusted my instincts, the guy behind the counter looked very unkempt, greasy, and shifty never making good eye contact.

Its worth going to a reputable business establishment like Best Buy and getting professional service rather than getting taken advantage of at this unethical and...

I would give zero Stars if I could. I went there for a camera lens replacement and they gave me something that wasn't even for my phone. Says 10x instead of 100x They said that's how it came so that's what it is and still charged full price.

Edit: The owners response below should not be deemed credible. He sounds very friendly and sincere on this public posting but this owner would not even come down to resolve the issue.

I called up there and asked for a quote for my back camera lens. My phone back isn't even glass and I told him what kind of phone I have so obviously he knows that I wouldnt be ordering a glass back.

I have been there 4 times and have the front counter guys have been rude and repair service has been fast but terrible..... Only reason I kept going back is to avoid not having to double pay somewhere else trying to have them fix their mistake.

After the new lens they installed fell off, my camera then had broke, it was no longer protected... I came back after work and they literally took pictures of the crack on my camera and explain to me that it still works except in certain magnification and that it's fine also they told me they would be happy to fix it as long as I pay for the parts.... 🤦‍♂️ How unprofessional

If the service was done correctly the first or even the second time, the camera would be fine and I should have only been there one time after placing my order the first visit..

I'm an average guy just wanting my phone fixed and ended up leaving with smudges and finger prints Heat Gunned and glued to the INSIDE of the camera . I can't get one clear pic whatsoever.

Oh yeah I paid for this experience! But hey, atleast the lens is...

If I could give negative stars, I would. Within ONE DAY after fixing my screen, it cracked. It’s now been 2 weeks and my phone has multiple cracks - including the actual glass they replaced. I don’t have time to drop my phone off every week after their mess ups for 3 hours and after dropping almost $250 to fix a phone screen (not to mention the phone we purchased and screen protectors for both of these phones) I surely wasn’t expecting this. They also don’t tell you ahead of time that it will trigger your iPhone to show it is a replaced part to Apple - only after the installation did they say this when I asked why it said this. I’ve never had a phone take 3 hours to replace screen (front or back) and ever since, my phone battery has SEVERLY been drained - which is convenient seeing as they replace batteries there. I have a feeling I was absolutely screwed BIG TIME so please don’t waste your time or money with these crooks despite their “good reviews.” That’s why I went to them too...
