Two the Moon — Local services in Falls Church

I’m 100% all for supporting our local businesses, but every time I’ve gone to this store the shop owner comes off as incredibly rude and irritable. Most recently, she was slamming things around, bit my head off when I asked a question, and was being very disrespectful to the other staff. It was obvious from the moment I walked in the store that she was in a mood and her colleague was tip-toeing around her. Then after all her gruffness she shoved the bag with my purchase in my face and tried to pull off a phony “thank you so much for your business!”

Maybe she was just having a bad day, which happens to us all, but this is not the first time I’ve felt taken back by this person’s attitude. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I see other great reviews, so I’m not sure why every time I go in that shop, I never want to go back. The convenience lured me this time, but not so sure there will be...

I have gone there several times for embroidery, and they have always been very friendly from the time I call until I pick up my quality embroidered item.
