I visited Wright's Jewelry on October 23rd to sell an 18K solid gold Figaro chain purchased from Sarraf Jewelry. They confirmed through tests that the chain was legitimate 18K gold and even verified my purchase receipt with Sarraf, thus confirming the chain's authenticity. Their initial concern was solely about the unsoldered jump ring, which they suggested might be a flaw.

Upon returning home, I contacted Sarraf, who clarified that the open jump ring is an intentional safety design and offered to solder it for free if desired. With this information, I reached out to Wright's again on October 24th, hoping this would resolve their only stated concern.

However, instead of proceeding with the sale or offering a fair price, Wright's Jewelry then revealed they had intended to offer only $1000 for the chain, despite knowing the gold value alone is significantly higher. Following this, they outright declined to purchase the chain, suddenly casting doubt on its legitimacy—a stark contradiction to their previous verification.

This experience suggests a lack of professionalism and inconsistency in their dealings. It feels like a tactic to offer an extremely low price, and when challenged, to then question the item's authenticity without basis.

What really makes this business magnificent is the people and the family feel of each experience. Recently, my daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. We went to Wrights's!
