Frontier Airlines — Local services in Fargo

I was charged $99 from Frontier on February 12th for having an oversize personal item (charged as a carry on). I was not made aware of this by frontier personel at the airport. I was not notified about this at the airport and the bag was never measured by anyone from Frontier (I wore it on my back the whole time tell I got to my seat and the bag was never taken out after it was tucked under the seat in front of me). They also never sent me a bill or receipt for taking this $99 from me. To me this is straight theft. Would never fly with them again. Get in twice in the plane and no compensation for cost, they said lie for 9 AM to 3 PM, and keep about 100 people in the Fargo airport to the Orlando, be careful of cheap flights, never do that again.
