Dawson Dolan just provided the worst customer service I have ever received from any store.. I was not treated with respect or understanding as soon as i finished checking out. I come in like every other day to make multiple purchases through the week. I am a very diligent customer who is very careful about what I order since this is a MEDICAL store. I need to make sure that I get the right strains for myself or it can be bad.. I looked up a product I wanted from their online and it said it was a wedding cake strain. They did not list on their website anywhere on what the strain was so I just assumed it was just like any other wedding cake strain and is hybrid, but unfortunately not.. only 60 seconds after checking out I quickly realize that this product is an indica and I cant even use that! So I immediately turned around and asked if I can exchange the product I just now get for something that is accurate to what I was trying to order and the employee Dawson Dolan started arguing that I was a liar and that I should have checked earlier. He told me that he could do the exchange but that is a "long process" and he doesn't wanna do it and that he won't do it and then after i stood there for maybe 5 seconds to process what was even happening, he said "If you're not gonna buy anything im gonna call security.. " I told him I felt completely disrespected as a loyal customer and was shocked that there was ZERO UNDERSTANDING. I can't believe Valley Pure would allow this kind of reputation when there is so much competition nowadays. I was never treated this way at Token Farms. I called right around 3pm to confirm the 30% off 3 or more stiiizy products was still active. It wasnāt reflecting online but I was told previously in store that the deal would be for all of march. They confirm on the phone that the deal WAS STILL going on, and said nothing about it ending anytime soon!
Around 6pm the same day, I arrive to purchase 8 full gram stiiizy pods nearly $200 and they tell me they arenāt doing the discount anymore and cannot honor it.
The manager they brought out didnāt help solve anything and even tried to tell me I called the wrong store which was not the case. I quickly called and a worker answered āHello, valley pure Farmersvilleā this time stating the deal was over for good.
Luckily I had the idea to call valley pure Tulare and they had no issue honoring the deal and took care of me⦠just 25 mins out of my way, after I already wasted the time going to the Farmersville location who confirmed things were still active.
