Starbucks — Restaurant in Farmersville

Place looks amazing, staff seem fairly new. Everyone just stares at you when you walk up to mobile pick up, you have to speak up or it'll be a bit of a waitReally nice ladies but took 20 minutes for my pick up to be ready. I had felt bad I took longer to arrive but my order was not ready . Drive through is a hot mess with Taco Bell drive thru right next to it. Regardless, we needed a coffee shop in this busy part of town. Will return hopeful.

Wrote this a while ago and felt bad so never posted it. Today I made a mobile order 25 minutes before arriving it claimed ready in 5 minutes. The girl literally barely put my sandwich in the oven when I got there.

Next visit completely forgot making one of my drinks, had to leave.

Time after that my husband's drinks were made wrong and the employee was rude about having to remake them. I waited all year for this place to open so I'm sincerely bummed... If you're in a hurry maybe, but if you love coffee please...

I ordered my drink and asked for Carmel syrup in my drink the lady that took my order did that but also added Carmel drizzle which is .60 more and I did not ask for it. I waited for my order the guys that were making the orders were just talking and hanging out instead of making my drink and the other orders in the drive thru. I finally got my order and it tasted like hot water with a little bit of chocolate powder I went back in there and asked them to remake my drink because it was not made correctly and when I got my new drink it tasted the exact same hot water with some chocolate powder. I gave up and did not want to go back and ask them to remake it so I just threw it away because it was not drinkable. My friend also got her drink and it was also really watered down. Frequent Customer I live in Farmersville Never experienced customer service like I have today not only did I order my drinks on the drive-thru, but I also got off and purchased a cup Spending over $50 only for me to wait another 25 minutes for my drinks inside When I asked, why were my drinks taking so long employee told me “you’re not the only one” When I asked for his name he mumbled making it hard for me to understand I asked him for his name, the second time and he smirk at me very rude customer service.
